How do I place an order?+
All orders are placed by phone. Call +1 888-643-8007 during Mon – Sat, 8:00 AM – 9:00 PM CST. A specialist confirms the product, price, taxes and shipping, then emails you a written order confirmation before payment is processed.
Are your products genuine and new?+
Yes. Every item we sell is brand new, factory sealed and sourced from authorized US distributors. We do not sell refurbished or counterfeit goods.
What payment methods do you accept?+
We accept major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover). Payments are processed by PCI-compliant payment processors. We never store full card numbers.
How long does shipping take?+
Standard shipping arrives in 3–7 business days and expedited shipping in 1–3 business days. Orders confirmed before 2:00 PM CST on a business day ship the same day.
Do you ship outside the United States?+
No. We currently ship only within the 50 US states and Washington, DC.
Can I return a product?+
Yes. Eligible items can be returned within 30 days of delivery in unused condition with original packaging. Call us first for a return authorization (RMA) number.
When will I receive my refund?+
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of our receiving and inspecting the return.
What warranty is included?+
All devices and accessories carry a 12-month limited warranty against manufacturing defects, in addition to any manufacturer warranty.
Will the phone work with my carrier?+
Tell us your carrier when you call. Our specialist checks band compatibility for AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile and major MVNOs before the order is confirmed.
Do you charge subscription or activation fees?+
No. There are no memberships, activation fees or recurring charges. You pay only the quoted one-time price for the products you order.
