No website purchases
This website does not collect payments or complete exchanges. There is no online purchase to return or cancel, and the previous electronics return policy no longer applies.
Currency enquiries
An enquiry creates no confirmed exchange. Before any lawful exchange elsewhere, obtain written cancellation terms, rate expiry, fees and error-resolution procedures from the verified provider. A completed exchange must not be assumed reversible at the original rate.
Marketing projects
Cancellation notice, deposits, earned work, unused budgets and any recurring billing must be disclosed in the written agreement before payment. No fixed refund window or guaranteed refund is advertised because the owner has not supplied terms.
Disputes and legal rights
Ask for an itemized explanation of disputed charges and applicable refund handling. Keep your agreement and receipts. Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
