1. About these terms

These Terms and Conditions form an agreement between you and Tech phone Care LLC, a company registered in the United States with its principal place of business at 2500 Commerce Way, Suite 410, Dallas, TX 75201, United States. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use this website or place an order.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract, and you must provide a valid US shipping address. We sell only within the United States.

3. Products and descriptions

We sell brand-new, genuine mobile phones, smartwatches, earbuds, chargers, cables, power banks, cases, screen protectors and related accessories. We aim to describe products accurately, but images are illustrative and manufacturers may change packaging or specifications without notice. If a product materially differs from its description, you may return it under our Refund & Return Policy.

4. Placing an order by phone

Orders are placed by calling +1 888-643-8007. Your call is an offer to buy. A binding contract is formed only when we confirm the order in writing by email. Before payment we state the product, quantity, unit price, applicable sales tax, shipping cost and the total amount you will be charged.

5. Pricing and payment

• All prices are in US dollars and exclude sales tax unless stated otherwise.
• Sales tax is applied where required by the destination state.
• We accept major credit and debit cards. Payment is taken only after you verbally approve the total.
• We charge no membership fees, activation fees, subscriptions or recurring charges of any kind.
• If a price is listed in error, we will contact you and you may confirm at the corrected price or cancel for a full refund.

6. Availability and cancellation

Stock is limited and quoted availability is not guaranteed until your order is confirmed. You may cancel an order at no cost before it ships by calling us. If we cannot fulfil an order, we will notify you and refund any amount charged in full.

7. Shipping, returns and warranty

Delivery is governed by our Shipping & Delivery Policy, returns and refunds by our Refund & Return Policy, and defects by our Warranty Policy. Those policies are part of these terms.

8. Acceptable use of this website
